We’ve been in London this week at the Social Media in a Corporate Context (smcc2011) seminar. Organisers Communicate Magazine always pick great venues for these events & The Grange Hotel bang in the shadow of St Pauls is no exception – the steps of the Cathedral are also a great spot for a lunchtime sandwich!

The event covered a range of topics concerning Social Media for large Corporations, including: the use of social media on mobile devices; how to manage social media crisis & proper engagement with bloggers to help develop brand.
